<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="justify"><span style="font-size:small;"><span lang="ro-RO"> Contine </span><span lang="ro-RO"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>sistemul limbic</strong></span></span><span lang="ro-RO">, de forma unui arc de cerc, dispus in jurul diencefalului. Sistemul limbic are conexiuni cu analizatorul olfactiv, mezencefalul, hipotalamusul si cu unii nuclei talamici.</span></span></p>

Cuprinde arii senzitive 	(somestezice) si senzoriale (vizuala, olfactiva, auditiva, 	gustativa, vestibulara).</span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="justify"><span style="font-size:small;"><span lang="ro-RO"> Proiectia corticala senzitiva are aspectul unui omulet deformat (</span><span lang="ro-RO"><em><strong>homunculus senzitiv</strong></em></span><span lang="ro-RO">) doarece suprafata de reprezentare a fiecarei regiuni a corpului este proportionata cu densitatea receptorilor si nu cu marimea ei. In consecinta, cele mai intinse reprezentari le au buzele, linba si mana.</span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="justify"><span style="font-size:small;"><span lang="ro-RO"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Neocortexul 	motor</strong></span></span><span lang="ro-RO"> cuprinde ariile corticale ce 	trimit impulsurile motorii la nucleii motori ai nervilor cranieni, 	ai nervilor spinali si diversilor centri subcorticali</span></span></p>
</li>
</ol>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="justify"><span style="font-size:small;"><span lang="ro-RO"> Reprezentarea corticala motorie (</span><span lang="ro-RO"><em><strong>homunculus motor</strong></em></span><span lang="ro-RO">) este situata in aria motorie principala si este similara celei senzitive, avand o suprafata mult mai mare pentru mână comparativ cu alte regiuni ale corpului. Datorita incrucisarii cailor de proiectie, ariile motorii si senzitive sunt responsabile de coordonarea regiunilor din jumatatea contralaterala a corpului.</span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:0;" align="justify"><span style="font-size:small;"><span lang="ro-RO"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Neocortexul 	 vegetativ</strong></span></span><span lang="ro-RO"> cuprinde ariile motorii 	vegetative care formeaza aria prefrontala. Reprezentarea corticala a 	neocortexului vegetativ este asemanatoare celei somatomotorii.</span></span></p>

<h3>Configuratia externa</h3>
<p>Prezinta doua fete:</p>
<ul></ul>

<li>bazala, ce contine printre alte formatiuni, chiasma optica, tracturile optice si hipofiza;</li>
<li>posterioara, acoperita de emisferele cerebrale, contine printre alte formatiuni epifiza si talamusul</li>
</ol>

<h3>Configuratia interna</h3>
<p>Cele cinci mase de substanta nervoasa contin formatiuni alcatuite din substanta cenusie si substanta alba, care formeaza fibre aferente, eferente, si internucleare</p>
<h3>Functiile diencefalului</h3>
<p>Indeplineste 2 functii: statie de releu pe traseul cailor senzitive si senzoriale, si este centrul de integrare pentru functiile vegetative. Activitatea sa este coordonata de cortexul cerebral.</p>
<p><strong>Talamus: </strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Reprezinta statie de releu (al treilea neuron) pentru toate caile ascendente ale sensibilitatilor specifice: entero, proprio, si interoceptive. Fac exceptie caile: acustica, vizuala si olfacitva</li>
<li>Realizeaza conexiuni subcorticale</li>
<li>Realizeaza conexiuni cu ariile corticale de asociatie</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Metatalamus:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Reprezinta o statie de releu pe traseul cailor vizuala si acustica</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Subtalamus:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Din punct de vedere functional, apartine sistemului extrapiramidal, avand rol in stabilizarea activitatii motorii intitiate in ariile corticale extrapiramidale</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Epitalamus:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Coordoneaza reflexele motorii si secretorii digestive</li>
<li>Coordoneaza reflexe olfactivo-somatice</li>
<li>Actioneaza asupra complexului hipotalamo-hipofizar</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Hipotalamus:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Controleaza si integreaza functiile vegetative</li>
<li>Mentine homeostazia</li>
<li>Regleaza temperatura corpului si aportul alimentar si hidric</li>
<li>Regleaza bioritmul somn-veghe (ritmul nictemeral)</li>
<li>Regleaza comportamentul afectiv-emotional si sexual</li>

<p>Capacitatea materiei vii de a raspunde prin manifestari specifice la actiunea stimulilor.</p>
<p>Se caracterizeaza prin urmatorii parametrii:</p>
<ul>
<li>Intensitate prag a stimulilor (<strong>reobaza</strong>): reprezinta intesitat ea minima necesara unui stimul pt a produce un influx nervos. Stimulii cu intesitate inferioara se numesc <strong>subliminali</strong> si nu produc influx nervos. la stimulari repetate, stimulii subliminali produc fenomenul de <strong>sumatie</strong> care produce excitatie. Stimulii cu intesitate superioara, <strong>supraliminali</strong>, au acelasi efect ca reobaza (<strong>legea tot sau nimic</strong>)</li>
<li><strong>timpul util</strong> = timpul minim necesar unui stimul cu intesitate prag pt a genera un influx nervos</li>
<li><strong>cronaxia</strong> = timpul necesar unui stimul supraliminal dublu reobazei sa produca un influx nervos (10-30 de ori mai mic)</li>
<li><strong>labilitatea </strong>= capacitatea neuronului de a raspunde la un anumit numar de stimuli/ unitate de timp</li>
<li><strong>perioada refractara = </strong>proprietatea unui neuron de a nu raspunde la un stimul nou in timpul raspunsului la un stimul anterior</li>
<li><strong>bruschetea </strong>= rapiditatea stimulului</li>
</ul>
<h2>2. Conductibilitatea</h2>
<p>Capacitatea de autopropagare a influxului nervos prin axon spre alt neuron sau efector.</p>
<h2>3. Sinapsele</h2>
<p>Componente:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Componenta presinaptica (buton axonal):</strong> contine vezicule cu mediator chimic</li>
<li><strong>Fanta sinaptica</strong>: reprezinta spatiul dintre membrana plasmatica a butonilor axonali si cea a componentei postsinaptice.</li>
<li><strong>Componenta postsinaptica:</strong> este reprezentata de corpul celular, dendritrele sau portiunea initiala a axonului unui neuron, respectiv de sarcolema fibrei musculare striate</li>
</ul>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cavitatile nazale sunt captusite cu mucoasa respiratorie cu rol in conditionarea aerului si cu mucoasa olfactiva &#8211; receptorul mirosului. Aceasta este situata in partea superioara a cavitatilor nazale. La pesti exista in regiunea capului doua mici depresiuni &#8211; fosele nazale- care nu au legatura cu faringele. <p>Neuronii olfactivi au cate o singura dendrita scurta, chemosensibila, care proemina in mucusul ce acopera mucoasa olfactiva. Axonii strabat baza cutiei craniene si fac sinapsa in bulbii olfactivi ai creierului.</p>
<p>Mirosul permite detectarea diferitelor substante a caror prezenta are o semnificatie: hrana, pericol, etc. Pot avea miros numai subst care sunt volatile si solubile in apa (mucus).</p>
<p>La diferite vertebrate simtul mirosului este dezvoltat in mod diferit.</p>

Ei contin celule chemosensibile in forma de fus asociate cu celule de sustinere. La polul apical ele au un cil sensibil la substante dizolvate in saliva. Cei mai multi muguri gustativi sunt plasati pe niste denivelari ale mucoasei limbii, numite papile gustative. Gustul permite alegerea hranei, evitarea unor subst. daunatoare din hrana, si declansarea unor refrexe digestive.</p>

<p>Toate celelalte componente ale urechii au rolul de a conduce si amplifica sunetul.Pavilionul si conductul auditiv formeaza <strong>urechea externa</strong> care capteaza sunetul si il conduce pana la membrana numita timpan.Cele trei oscioare din <strong>urechea medie</strong>(ciocanul,nicovala si scarita) transmit sunetul spre alta membrana,mai mica,la nivelul ferestrei ovale.Urechea medie este o camera plina cu aer.Ea comunica cu faringele printr-un tub numit trompa lui Eustachio.Vibratiile din fereastra ovala se transmit pana la melc prin lichidul din urechea interna.</p>
<p><strong>Urechea interna</strong> mai contine receptori vestibulari care dau informatii despre pozitia capului in raport cu verticala si despre miscarile de rotatie,contribuind la mentinerea echilibrului.Sunt doi receptori pentru pozitie situati in peretele utriculei si,respectiv,saculei.Celulele senzoriale au cili care strabat un strat gelatinos.Deasupra lor sunt grauncioare de calcar.Cand se schimba pozitia,se deformeaza cilii.Informatia este preluata de dendritele neuronale care imbratiseaza polul bazal al celulelor senzoriale.</p>
<p>Cei trei receptori pentru rotatie se afla la extremitatea dilatata a fiecaruia dintre canalele semicirculare.Cilii celulelor senzoriale sunt inclusi intr-o creasta gelatinoasa.Rotatia capului face sa deplaseze lichidul din canale (endolimfa) deformand creasta gelatinoasa cu cilii celulelor senzoriale.Semnalul este preluat de dendritele unor neuroni.</p>

<p><strong>Particularitatile urechii la vertebrate</strong></p>
<p><strong>Receptorul auditiv</strong> de la <strong>pesti</strong> este plasat in peretii saculei si,mai ales,intr-o dilatatie a acesteia numita lagena. La <strong>amfibieni </strong>lagena<strong> </strong>se prelungeste cu papila bazilara unde se afla receptori acustici. La <strong>reptile</strong> lagena se alungeste.La <strong>pasari</strong> si <strong>mamifere</strong> lagena foarte alungita se pliaza in spirala (apare melcul) , imbunatatindu-se receptia acustica.<strong>Pestii</strong> au numai ureche interna care primeste sunetele prin oasele capului.Trecerea la mediul terestru a necesitat aparitia urechii medii la <strong>amfibieni</strong>.Sunetele se propaga in aer su mare pierdere de energie si deci era nevoie de un dispozitiv  de amplificare format din membrana timpanica,mai mare,si membrana ferestrei ovale ,mai mica,unitate printr-un os numit columela. Urechea medie apare de o parte si de alta sub forma a doua pungi faringiene laterale. Asa se explica legatura urechii medii cu faringele prin trompa lui Eustachio. La <strong>reptile </strong>timpanul este putin retras,iar la<strong> pasari</strong> apare conductul auditiv care il protejeaza mai eficient. La <strong>mamifere</strong> apar pavilioanele iar in urechea medie sunt acum trei oscioare care,actionate de doi muschi,fac posobila reglarea amplificarii sonore.</p>
<p><strong>Receptorii vestibulari</strong> functioneaza la fel la toate vertebratele.</p>

<p>Retina contine receptorii pentru vaz:</p>
<p>-         <strong>celule cu conuri </strong>pentru vederea diurna</p>
<p>-         <strong>celule cu bastonase</strong> pentru vederea nocturna</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>Aceste celule contin un pigment, <strong>iodopsina</strong> in celulele cu conuri si <strong>rodopsina </strong>in celulele cu bastonase, care sub actiunea luminii se descompun, generandu-se un impuls nervos care va fi condus la creier.</p>
<p>Retina functioneaza cu maxima precizie intr-o zona situata in axul optic al globului ocular numita <strong>pata galbena </strong>si mai ales intr-o mica depresiune a acesteia numita <strong><em>foveea centralis</em></strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Retina</strong> nu poate functiona care receptor daca nu este plasata intr-o cutie &#8211; <strong>coroida </strong>cu vase de sange. In partea anterioara a coroidei este <strong><em>irisul</em></strong> care margineste pupila. <strong><em>Pupila</em></strong> are diametrul reglabil datorita unor fibre musculare &#8211; circulare si radiare &#8211; din iris. <strong><em>Cristalinul</em></strong> este o lentlia convergenta elastica care are o geometrie reglabila datorita muschilor ciliari situati in jurul sau.</p>
<p>Cand ochiul priveste aproape, sistemul optic se regleaza prin contractia muschilor circulari ciliari: cristalinul se bombeaza si imaginea se proiecteaza clar pe retina. Acomodarea pentru vedere la distanta se face prin turtirea cristalinului.</p>
<p>Protectia este asigurata de <strong>sclerotica</strong>, invelisul tare, extern. Partea anterioara a scleroticii se numeste <strong>cornee</strong>.</p>
<p>Globul ocular astfel format contine 2 lichide: <strong><em>umoarea apoasa</em></strong> &#8211; in fata cristalinului si <strong><em>umoarea sticloasa</em></strong> &#8211; in spatele cristalinului.</p>
<p><strong><em>Corneea, </em></strong>cele 2 lichide si cristalinul formeaza <strong>sistemul optic</strong> al ochiului care proiecteaza pe retina imaginea rasturnata a obiectului privit.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Defecte ale vederii :</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><em>Miopia </em></strong>este afectiunea celor care nu vad bine cand privesc departe. Atunci, imaginea tinde sa se formeze in fata retinei fie din cauza formei prea alungite a globului ocular, fie din cauza puterii prea mari de refractie a cristalnului. Se poate accentua la copiii care scriu si citesc la lumina prea slaba sau care apropie ochii prea mult de caiet, carte sau calculator, stand prea mult timp in aceste pozitii incorecte. <strong>Miopia se poate corecta cu lentile divergente</strong>.</p>
<p><strong><em>Hipermetropia</em></strong> este afectiunea opusa miopiei. Cand ochiul priveste aproape, imaginea tinde sa se formeze in spatele retinei. <strong>Corectia se face cu lentile convergente.</strong></p>
<p><strong><em>Astigmatismul </em></strong>este afectiunea la care cristalinul nu are suprafata perfect sferica si de aceea el nu focalizeaza corect razele de lumina. <strong>Se corecteaza cu lentile cilindrice.</strong></p>
<p><strong><em>Strabismul </em></strong>este o afectiune care nu tine de sistemul optic ci de cei 6 muschi externi care rotesc globul ocular. Unul dintre ei poate fi mai puternic su din aceasta cauza, acele optice ale celor doi ochi nu sunt parelele. <strong>Se corecteaza chirurgical sau cu ochelari care sa orienteze ochiul afectat in directia corecta.</strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Particularitatile ochiului la vertebrate</span></strong></p>
<p>La toate vertebratele ochii sunt veziculari.</p>
<p>La <strong><em>pesti</em></strong>, ochii au cristalinul sferic si rigid. Ei vad bine obiectele apropiate. Acomodarea se face cu ajutorul unui muschi care deplaseaza cristalinul. Numai unii pesti au pleoape.</p>
<p><strong><em>Amfibienii</em></strong> isi mentin corneea umeda cu ajutorul glandelor lacrimale si pleoapelor mobile. Ei au si o a treia pleoapa care se deplaseaza lateral. Disting obiectele in miscare.</p>
<p>Ochii <strong><em>reptilelor</em></strong> se acomodeaza atat prin deplasarea cristalinului cat si prin deformarea lui.</p>
<p>Simtul vizual la <strong><em>pasari</em></strong> este foarte dezvoltat. Ochii au glande lacrimale si 3 pleoape, dintre care cea laterala este foarte transparenta. <strong><em>Pasarile diurne</em></strong> au mai multe celule cu con iar cele <strong><em>nocturne</em></strong> mai multe celule cu bastonas. Globii oculari nu sunt mobili, defect compensat prin mobilitatea gatului.</p>
<p>La majoritatea vertebratelor, ochii sunt plasati lateral, astfel ca ei au <strong><em>vedere monoculara</em></strong>; vad un obiect cu un singur ochi. Au avantajul unui camp vizual foarte larg dar nu apreciaza bine distantele si formele. Unele vertebrate: pasarile rapitoare, mamiferele carnivore, maimutele si omul au ochii plasati in fata. Pe retinele celor 2 ochi se formeaza imagini usor diferite ale aceluiasi obiect (<strong><em>vedere binoculara</em></strong>) iar creierul integreaza informatia obtinandu-se o perceptie corecta a spatiului (<strong><em>vedere stereoscopica</em></strong>). In acest caz campul vizual este mai ingust.</p>
